Which of 1 or 2 is the correct voltage application method for the tranducer?

    Hello,

    I am not familiar with image 1, is this from TI documentation? For the most part, it seems like image 1 and 2 are the same. There should be one connection on each electrode of the piezo. Where these electrodes are will depend of the specific piezo.
