Hi team,
My customer wants to use a board design that is compatible with three-phase brushless motor drives and two-phase brushless motor drives (with brushed drives, use only the A and B driver. Drive pin of phase C is keep floating).
Is such a scenario feasible? Can DRV8343-Q1 be used for two-phase brushed motor drives?
The customer's application is the automotive sliding doors, the reason of question is because the customer would like to use one design but can be compatible with different motor types.
