I am developing a Brushed Motor drive of 12 V with current of 10A for 500ms

I have few doubts regarding the design of snubber for the MOSFETs.

Please find the below Schematic for H bridge

Please help in the design of snubber circuit i.e C304, R304, C305, R305,

Since I am currently in design phase, i want to theoretically calculate values of snubber circuit to be used in my half bridge.

I am thinking of changing the values once I test the circuit during my board testing.
