Hi TI,
We are using DRV3901-Q1 which require VDD = 5V along with F28P65 MCU, which work on 3.3V supply voltage.
1. As DRV3901-Q1 CS, CLK, SDI pins have high voltage detection of 1.7V, I can directly connect these pins with MCU please confirm, if my understanding is correct?
2. As SDO pin gives 5V, can I use resistance division from 5V (VDD) to get 3.3V for MCU pin? It is mentioned in the datasheet (Table no. 7.3.1) to pull up these pin to 5V VDD, if it is required, then I can't pull up as it will work differently when SDO pin is active and when pulled up? Do I need to use level shifter in this case?
Similar will be applicable to nFAULT pin?
2. It is mentioned in datasheet Ivdd_peak (peak VDD current) is 40mA, what does it mean? Can you please elaborate?
