I have an issue with all outputs; they are not responding to INx signals. I tried static voltage values and also 1 kHz PWM, with no difference.
VREF1 and VREF2 are set to 3.3V, FAULT input pin reads high (tested functionality with UVLO protection). SLEEP pin is set to high, and I do generate a low pulse at power up.
One possible problem could be that I use a 3.3 V input, but VCC is connected to a 5V VDD output. However, in the datasheet, the logic high voltage threshold is specified to be a minimum of 1.5 V, which should be fine.
