The current across the bst diode is the iavg current needed to turn on the MOSFEts
iavg = # of switching mosfets * Qg * FPWM
The Idrive peak current comes from the bootstrap capacitor which gets charged up from GVDD when LS FET turns on.

We are planning to use 5V LDO output as input to charge pump for getting 8 to 20V GVDD supply.
Can we use LM2665 charge pump to provide GVDD supply.

Hello Pranjali,
The LM2665 is a simple voltage doubler. The output voltage will therefore be roughly 10V with a 5V LDO. But the voltage drop away from the 10V is dependent on the load current. See Figure 5 in the datasheet. Therefore I think you can use this device for your needs, but am not sure what you mean with 8V to 20V.
