DRV10983EVM USB2ANY Firmware Requirement

Hi,

We started on DRV10983EVM but when connect the EVM to PC, encountered following error.

We finished GUI tool and Labview install.

Do you have any idea to solve it?

    Hi Na,

    The GUI can handle the firmware update of the usb2any tool. When this window pops, you need to disconnect the USB cable and push-hold the reset botton through the hole close to the mini-usb connector side. Note: it is important that "PUSH and Hold during reconnecting the use cable". Then, the upgrade of the firmware will start. After that you can use it normally.

    We tried indicated procedure, and USB was recognized PC.

    But we encountered next problem. We got the following  window.

    Do you have a solution?

    Have you already done the upgrading of firmware?

    Have you seen the LED of the usb2any flashing when plugging into the computer? Also maybe you can try disconnect the cable and reconnect it from the mini-usb connector side (in the USB2ANY board) other than the USB port of the computer.

    I'm having the same problem with my client, please advise. We've searched the website fairly thoroughly and there doesn't seem to be a clear fix once it gets to this point. Please help.

    Hello Kristof,

    I'm sorry the client is causing you problems. Unfortunately, this message usually means the USB2ANY Firmware was not installed correctly (or at all). Based on the messages you are getting, please refer to the attached step by step instuctions (with pictures) that will help you update the firmware.
