I am using the DRV8844 to drive a high frequency (ultrasonic) shaker. I need fast decay because, driving a coil, this chip will be switched at close to it's data sheet limit. Section 7.3.3 Table 2 suggests applying the PWM signal to the enable pins while keeping a constant level on the input pins. At ultrasonic frequency, both enable and PWM signals start to look the same. So is there anything wrong with simply tying the input and enable pins together?
