Additional info - If I have multiple gate drivers - is it possible to connect them all to same VCP ?

Zhivko,

I'm glad you found some parts to use for the reverse-battery protection.

I would only recommend connecting one reverse-battery protection circuit per VCP since the charge pump can only drive small loads.

However, I think you should only need one reverse-battery protection circuit per board since the circuit is meant to cut power to the whole board for a reverse-battery condition.

To understand you properly: If I have two gate drivers on board - I connect VCP of only one gate driver to reverse protection circuit?

Please confirm.

Yes.

The ultimate goal of reverse-battery protection is to cut the power to the board, so you only need the reverse battery protection at the power-entry point to the board.
