Hi Zhivko,

All of the transistors are n-channel. The top n-channel (inside the thick rectangle) is intentionally connected as shown to achieve reverse supply protection.

The top FET is drawn incorrectly (neither as an N or P channel) - only the diode was flipped but the source & drain were not.
