DRV8308EVM: unable to install drv 8308 evm gui

I am unable to complete the installation of DRV 8308 EVM GUI using the setup file given inthe drv 8308 evm webpage.

This is the screenshot of the error message i encounter . please help

Abhiram,

Is the PC connected to the internet? If not, please use the following instructions:

e2e.ti.com/.../767121

Your suggestion worked. Iwas able to install the DRV GUI. But now i am encountering a new problem,this the screenshot

Abhiram,

I have not seen this error before. At which step did the process fail? Do you have administrator access? Is this a restricted PC?

Can you try another PC?

hi Adam
I encountered this problem right after installing the DRV GUI. I could finish the installation but i couldn't launch the DRV GUI. I have administrator access and the pc is not restricted.
I will try in a new PC and update
