DRV8353: DRV8353 gate driver soft ramp, oscillation

Part Number: DRV8353

Hi, Adam.

I'm continuing to work on my DC motor driver using the DRV8353.  I have a bank of 4 TPH2R608NH FETs on each corner of the H-bridge.  Driver current is set to 300mA (I don't want to go much higher yet, given the ringing I'm seeing) with just a couple of ohms on each gate for balancing.  What is concerning me is the ~11MHz oscillation on gate signal (as well as the output and the power supply) as well as the 2.5us rise time of the gate, which seems rather soft given how quickly it rises through the FETs turn-on region.  I have a large bank of electrolytic Cs (12x 1600uF) and have matched the reference design on component selection for the remainder of the driver.  The ringing does get worse with increased load.

Any thoughts and suggestions for mitigation would be much appreciated.
