The .txt file should be generated when you build the .out file. Verify it's construction in the Debug subdirectory of your firmware project's directory

Instructions (let me know if you need images):

1. Connect the EVM to the MSP-EXP430G2 LaunchPad through the 4-pin male and female headers. A small piece of ESD foam will help keep the two boards level, and reduce strain on the header.
2. Connect the mini-USB cable to the LaunchPad from the USB port of your computer.
3. Start Lite FETPro430. There are several settings that need to be adjusted for the programmer.
4. Go to the Setup Menu and press Connection/Device Reset. Change to Spy Bi Wire and ensure USB Automatic is selected. Press OK.
5. Back on the main screen, locate the Microcontroller Type Frame. Change the group to “MSP430G2xx” and device is MSP430G2553.
6. Go to the Setup Menu and press Memory Options. If checked, uncheck the box under the DCO constants verification heading.
7. Press the Open Code File button while will show you the Open File Dialog. Search for the file “%firmwarename%.txt” and select it.
8. You may want to save this setup for future programming sessions. To do so, on the File Menu, press Save Setup As. The Save Dialog appears. Enter a name and a desired location to save the INI file and press SAVE.
9. Select “AUTO PROG” to program the EVM's MSP430G2553.
10. To program subsequent EVM boards connect a new EVM to the MSP-EXP430G2 LaunchPad and then press F5 or the NEXT button at the bottom right corner. If any error occurs, restart the FET-Pro430 application, load the SAVE configuration and try again.
