DRV2700: 6uF piezo drive circuits

Hi,

I would like to ask you to check my circuits as attached if this circuits can drive piezo(6uF/100Hz).

One circuit is parallel configuration of DRV2700, and another one is DRV2700+OPA454(power OPamp) configuration.

Hi, Suzuki-san,

Unfortunately, the DRV2700 cannot drive piezo loads with this capacitance level.

I would recommend to take a look at the LM48580. This device has been designed for this kind of loads. You may find all the electrical characteristics for this load in the datasheet:

But I need at least 135Vpp out to drive, I think LM48580 does not have enough ability...to my regret.
