Hi,

Please help on below questions:

1. use DRV8844 to do 2 H bridge applicaiton.  what is the max  current of each channel？

2.What is the max frequency of the input PWM ?

    Hi Yue,

    The maximum current is 1.75A per channel (with proper heatsinking at 24V and 25C).

    Maximum input PWM is ~250kHz, but care should be taken when doing this.

    Rick,

    Thanks for your reply. My customer is seeking a device to drive valve.  Need to control forward and reverse。 DRV8844 is kind of old, do you have another recommendation?

    Hi Yue,

    What are the system requirements?

    System voltage?
    Load current?
    PWM frequency?
    Minimum/maximum duty cycle?
    Must the output duty cycle follow the input duty cycle?
    Any special requirements?

    Most of the DRV88xx devices can drive forward and reverse. The low-side drivers such as the DRV8803 and DRV8860 cannot.
