Hi Tong,
Thanks for posting your question in E2E forum. Looks like the images you uploaded are broken. You will have to download and install Labview runtime engine version 2014. Please use the link below to download and let me know if this resolved your issue.

Hi Tong,
You will have to click "Enable Configure" on the Basic settings to start editing the parameters. Where do you see the "Register read error"? Can you share the screenshot of the error?
Regards,
Vishnu
when I click "Enable Configure",A Error Message occur. The message is "DRV10983 USB2ANY.lvclass:Read Register.vi<ERR> Register reading not succesful!! Please restart the GUI and try again". There are two buttons .One is "continue",the other is "cancel". Click "continue" , sometimes it has no response, sometimes a new error message"Notifier Timed Out Device GUI.lvlib:GUI Wait for GUI Response via Notifier.vi:5770006:\DRV10983.lvlib:Export Read All。vi\DRV10983 Hign Level.lvlib:Main.vi". If I click "cancel",the window will close.
Tong,
This could be software or communication issue. Did you install the DRV109xx GUI and 2014 Labview runtime engine in the default directory? Did you have the device powered up while trying to connect? Please look into the below linked thread that has recommendations to solve your problem.

Please let me know if this works.

Hi Tong,
You shouldn't be making any changes to USB2ANY. Just leave it with the default settings. The device should be powered up for the GUI to communicate to the device. Connect the power supply to VCC and GND. Apply 12V across VCC and GND. This will power up the device and now restart your GUI. Now you should be able to communicate to the device.
