DRV10975: DRV10974 EVM

We using of TIDA-01373 for writing DRV10975.

TIDA-01373 can supply 12v ~ 24v power.

And 22v or more is required to write the EEPROM of the DRV10.

However, DRV10975 has a Vinmax of 23v and is listed in the data sheet.

Do we have to use 22 ~ 23v when writing the EEPROM for this ?

Is it okay to recognize that writing to EEPROM with a voltage of 24v will break this units?
