Hi team,
In TPS548D22, we suggest in the schematic checklist to connect a 1nF capacitor in parallel between the RSP and RSN pins.
What is the function of this capacitor? Are there any requirements or suggestions for its placement? My client uses remote feedback.
Best regards,
Andy Liu
Hi Andy,
We do recommend the use of a 1nF capacitor between the RSP and RSN pins. This should be placed as close to the pins on the IC as possible. This capacitor is used to filter noise on the RSP and RSN lines to provide the best regulation possible.
