BQ24250: The BQ24250 hangs I2C Comm(Cont.)

Part Number: BQ24250

This is continuation of e2e.ti.com/.../bq24250-the-bq24250-hangs-i2c-comm

For anyone who will face same or similar problem , I have some updates for this topic.

I've made investigation ,and found that root of the problem caused by PSoC(CY3866LTI). Originally theirs I2C part was implemented as "UDB" ( universal data block ? ) .In other circumstances I've found that , when PSoC receives reset signal , wakes-up from low power status  , for no reason it pulls-down the I2C communication line for short period of time (few ms) , which , I believe ,  may be recognized as start condition by other I2C participants ,particularly by Charger. After configuring I2C of the PSoC as "Fixed Function" the problem is gone ,also for test which i used to reconstruct the problem.
