Please tell me about the package information to consider the implementation

Only the MAX value for package height is listed in the data sheet.
What are the TYP values and tolerances for package height ?

Hello Hayakawa,

My apologies, it seems I never received a response to this inquiry.

Following the ASME Y14.5M the profile of the surface may affect the max height; meaning that the Max height may deviate up to 0.08mm.

I have not received a definitive answer on what the typical values may be.
