I want to use LM723 but before preparing pcb i want to evaluate it's performance. Can you please suggest for LM723 equivalent along with it's spice model

Since you are open to all the LDOs, I would suggest going to the TI LDO search and use the filtering to narrow down the selections, once you narrow your targets, you could open each LDO's product page to see if there is a model available.

To recommend part, we would need to know the input and output voltage and the current load on the output pin. Do you have those information availalbe?
