Could you advise the low side current limit value described in the datasheet P17 9.4.4 as below?
I could not find the spec in EC table.
"The high-side switch turns on again only if the current in the low-side switch has decreased
below the low-side current limit."

TPS6281x-Q1 device has similar high side and low side FET according to their current variant. The current limit is same for HSFET and LSFET. TPS62812-Q1 is min 2.8A and Max 4.2A.

Do you mean HS and LS current limit is almost same and the average clamp current at current limit is ILIMH?
Could you also advise the tolerance of the 50ns propagation delay to calculate the Ipeak?

We didn't define tol. for propagation delay. you can use the typical value (50ns) for calculation.
Normally during short inductor current have high peak goes outside current limit and it will turn on LS to make it inside current limit. you can find detail description in section 9.4.4 in the datasheet.

If Vout is short to GND, then the current is clamped to ILIMH + (Ipeak - ILIMH)/2.
