I am planning to use TPS628120 - q1 for an application 5V to 0.8V with avg current requirement of 1.8A and using 470nH as inductor.
We were earlier using TPS628130 - q1 so there was enough margin but as we plan to use TPS628120 - q1, we have a concern of current margin.
As i can see in datasheet Ilimh for High Side Mosfet is min. 2.8A what does it mean? What is the condition of this parameter.
What is the limiting current for low side MOSFET. The peak inductor current is calculated to be 2.15A . Can we use TPS628120-q1 for this application.
