Hi Tony,
If no devices are displaying then it is very likely a problem with the FTDI driver installed on the PC. Can you please try below steps and let me know
1. Terminate the PI-Commander GUI application.
2. Unplug the FT2232h-based host adapter and use the application’s system submenu to un-install the FTDI driver. Go to start menu -> Texas Instruments-> PI Commander ->Advanced -> FTDI -> Uninstall drivers
3. Use the same submenu to install the compatible device driver, which is bundled with the application distribution.
4. Plug in the FT2232h-based host adapter to an available USB port and wait approximately 30 seconds for it to be registered in the system’s device driver tables.
5. Connect the I2C port of the host adapter to the like port of the EVM.
6. Apply the EVM power.
7. Launch the GUI and attempt to communicate with the EVM.
Best Regards,
Rakesh
