Need Equivalent part as Bq76200 for high current drive BMS application, Cl 650uF and OFF duration will be less then 100uS.

We do not have any other FET driver products from the battery product line, so there is no equivalent device. You may want to check the other FET driver products that TI offers to see if there is something that can meet your needs: https://www.ti.com/power-management/gate-drivers/products.html

Let me How can i use the Device for same application except pre-charge.
UCC27284-Q1 and with Signal Line control, 650nC and Less than 10uS.

Please suggest.

I am not very familiar with the UCC FET driver family. I think it is best if you create a new E2E thread with the UCC27284 in the title. The FET gate driver team can help you find the best device to fit your requirements.
