LM5170: IC does not start?

Team,

The device was tested using the EVM card. Now it is used in a more complex way on a prototype card as a 2nd stage.
I will provide the schematics offline.

The device does not seem to start at all. Could you please check from the schematics what can prevent the LM5170 to start?
