Hi,
We are using LM5050-1 as ideal diode controller to make it possible to connect 3 chargers to the battery without damaging the chargers. We followed the example given in the data sheet. The problem is that the LM5050 is consuming a lot when the system is shut off, about 2.5mA (in total 3 x 2.5mA).
Is it possible to connect the VS pin to the IN pin?
That way it will only draw current when a battery is connected.
