Hi Jimmy,
WEBENCH or PSPICE simulation may be your best option for this IBB application. Also, take a look at app note SNVA856: www.ti.com/lit/snva856

Note the max duty cycle constraint given the 12V input and -55V output.

The Webench simulation result can not to wrok. so I need help to complete it. aslo i use Power Stage Designer Tool 4.0 tool as IBB topology.
Seems to some problem. can not work as I setting Vo= -55V. only -10V
