My customer is looking for MTBF design parameters. Find the file below TI, the parameters inside are different from those on the webpage. My client designed TPS92602BQPWPRQ1. What is the MTBF parameter of TPS92602BQPWPRQ1?

    Kami,

    The MTBF on the TI website is for the process and package technology as a whole, and is therefore a generic measure.

     The FS fit document link for the TPS92692 is a specific FIT estimate with particular narrow definition according to SN and ISO standards for this particular device.

     We do not have TPS92602(B) FIT in a similar document as for the TPS92692, but you look up the process/package FIT on ti.com as for any other part. In any case, we think TPS92692 is the better and newer device.
