EV2400: all LEDs off after attempting firmware upgrade, cannot reset.

The LEDs never come on, the device is never recognized as EV2400, just as a generic device as shown in picture 3. Pressing and holding the reset button does nothing. I assume that it is bricked?

To my eyes the issue seems to be with the EV2400 windows driver. It does not recognize the device.

This seems to be a common problem when updating the firmware on these devices...? I wish I would have googled it before I started following the quick start guide.

Hi Shirish,

Thanks for the tip. I will look into this next week when I am back at the office and see if it works. In the mean time we decided just to buy another EV2400 and not to try a firmware update on it so this is not of the highest priority right now. Getting our fuel gauge specced correctly for production start is on top of my priority list right now so I can't look into this immediately.
