EV2400: all LEDs off after attempting firmware upgrade, cannot reset.

Part Number: EV2400

Hi,

Similar to this case:

https://e2e.ti.com/support/power-management-group/power-management/f/power-management-forum/809826/ev2400-fails-and-leds-off-after-attempt-to-update-to-firmware-0-28

The LEDs never come on, the device is never recognized as EV2400, just as a generic device as shown in picture 3. Pressing and holding the reset button does nothing. I assume that it is bricked?

To my eyes the issue seems to be with the EV2400 windows driver. It does not recognize the device.

This seems to be a common problem when updating the firmware on these devices...? I wish I would have googled it before I started following the quick start guide.
