BQ24610: spec check

BQ24610 currently finds a problem. Customers set the Charge voltage at 8.4V or 8.5V,

Charge current setting 2.8A Input voltage 19V. After charging the battery to 8.0V, remove the battery and insert it again. Found unable to charge.

Is this the setting of BQ24610? Or can it be changed externally?

What is the status of the STAT1,STAT2, and PG/ pins? Can you show a waveform of the input voltage, output voltage, charge current, and PH voltage?

Charging STAT1(on) STAT2 (off) PG(on)

The battery does not charge at 7.86v STAT1 (flashing) STAT2 (off) PG (on)

Hello,

Why is your battery voltage dropping? If the battery is 7.86 V it should not drop to 1.4 V suddenly.

STAT1 flashing is not a state in the pin definition table.

Can you please share a waveform of the input voltage, output voltage, charge current, and PH voltage all on the same plot?

What is ST2 by the battery pin?
