TPS650861: Need review on the Power rail sequence, OTP sheet

Hi Team,

Good Day..

We are using this PMIC for our Application processor and peripherals. We would like to know the power rail sequence that we have created & the OTP we have prepared is correct or not? Please let us have you review like all the power rails, startup timings & the sequences and please let us know if we missed anything. The power sequence is clearly explained in the attached spreadsheet. And the OTP sheet and schematic also attached. PFA

Hi Pradeep,

I do not see any issue with the OTP programming sheet compared to the Power Sequence. For the schematic, please fill out the linked schematic review guide and once it is complete then I can do a review from my side.

Hi Pradeep,

Here is my feedback on the schematic

Buck3/4/5: A higher DCR will result in less efficiency. TI recommends <50mΩ

GPOx: TI recommends a 100kΩ pull-up. A 4.7kΩ will cause increased leakage current.

I2C: 3.3V is ok, the pull-up listed on the schematic review guide is just a typical case

AGND: I was a little confused by your comment here, but the main point is that AGND is a sensitive ground so it is better to have it directly connected to something like a large ground plane on the second layer rather than directly to the thermal pad.

Other than these I did not see any issue with the schematic
