Hello Jack,
The two devices are not drop in replacements for each other. While they share the same power mapping for the bucks and LDOs, the GPIOs are mapped differently and FB_B3 monitors the VDD_MCUIO_3V3 rail in it's corresponding PDN.
If you are willing to do some modifications to your PCB, you can map the GPIO and FB_B3 using some bluewire connections.
GPIOs 3, 7, and 9 are the primary ones that need to be changed.
