Good morning.
We have referred TIDA-01606 10KW T type inverter.
We had taken ISO5852SDWR gate driver to drive upper and bottom mosfet in vertical leg of T type inverter and UCC21530 to drive mid mosfet in Pspice simulation.
This pair IS05852SDWR and UCC21530 is working well up to 600V input with SIC mosfet NTH4L040N120SC1.
But if we replace IS05852SDWR with UCC21750 then its not simulating at all.
Kindly provide UCC21750 simulation model supporting rated DC voltage of 600V and it should drive Sic Mosfet.
Our doubt was that if ISO5852SDWR can drive sic Mosfet with DESAT protection(as per TIDA01606) then why UCC21750 with DESAT protection not driving SIC mosfet?
Kindly provide updated UCC21750 simulation model for SIC Mosfet.
