TL1451A: Question about SCP

Part Number: TL1451A
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: LM5157

Hi team,

Could you support question from the customer below?

Q1) Could you provide VCC lower limit which SCP is functional?

Is it correct to think SCP operates until VCC goes down until UVLO, which is shown in Fig.11?

Q2) Could you provide period of time from "VCC =3.6V" to "internal Vref gets stable"?

best regards,

  • Hi Fujihara-san,

The person responsible for this device is out of office due to holiday and will be back by end of next week. They may need some additional time to support.

    Thanks,

    Richard

  • Hi Fujihara-san,

Thank you for your patience. This is a very old device, I spent some time searching for information, so I spent more time check this question.

1)Yes, It is true until VCC hit UV.

2)There are negligible delays from Vin to VCC output because is an LDO, and the VCC output should follow VIN with negligible delays.

This device is very old, in the new design, we suggest some new devices, so that the support will be more adequate. for this case ,you can ref the LM5157.
