    Hi Jimmy,

    Thanks for promoting TI FETs to your customer. The junction to case thermal impedance, Rθjc in the datasheet is specified to the thermal pad on the bottom of the package and is the same as Rθjb. Please check the blog in the link below for more information on how TI tests and specs thermal impedance of our FETs.
