The customer design with BQ25703A, the input voltage 5-8V, CHRG_OK is low, and boost MOS is hot. REGN is about 5v, the problem is no output voltage.

Attached the schematic for your reference.

I noticed that the IADPT resistance is not correct. It should be 137k for 2.2 uH.

Boost MOS is hot may be indicative of a short somewhere in the design.

目前是遇到另外问题：

就是不能拉载：负载只能到达1.8A.烦请给点建议？

首先是硬件配置：VILIM_HIZ ≥ 2.6V时。电流才会达到 2.1A.若是此电压是2.1V左右时，拉载只能 1.5A.

想咨询下：

1，这个IC 是否要能正常开机工作（我们板子若是开机5V 电流要超过2A），故硬件是否就只调试这个VILIM_HIZ 电压，满足电流

2，同时软件是否也需要设置寄存器呢？

忘记了，这个硬件配置参数的电压与电流不是对应大小的负载。

Hi,

Yes that is correct. ILIM_HIZ and IIN_HOST() register determines the input current, not load current (at VSYS) or charge current.
