BQ76952EVM: OTP programming error.

Part Number: BQ76952EVM

Hi,

I got the BQ76952EVM which I hooked up to a 16S battery pack, then i have this screen:

I have a few question:

1.Is the startup OTP looks right?

2. Why do I have those certain alam enable bits enabled?

3. In the lowest windows I have checked if I can write the OTP or not, but it says the the BAT voltage is too high, why is is to?

My battery voltage is around 5240 * 10mV which can be seen in the GUI and also as I measured the on the VC16 bit..

Also when I send on SET_CFGUPDATE command the OTPB bit should dissapear but it does not:

Also important thing is that when I set the bit OTPW_EN in the Mfg Status Init the OTPB dissapears but also CFGUPDATE bit.

Thanks for the answer,

Andras
