   What is the variation curve of tps74201 output voltage and EN threshold with temperature?

   What is the aging characteristic of tps74201 output voltage and EN threshold?

    Hi Wang,

    We do not have advanced age or temperature curves for Vout or EN for this device.

    -40C (Min) mean:801.392mV StDev:1.0107mV  (Max) mean:3281.8mV StDev:4.1204mV

    25C (Min) mean:801.011mV StDev:0.93269mV  (Max) mean:3280.2mV StDev:3.81414mV

    125C (Min) mean:800.562mV StDev:1.08155mV  (Max) mean:3279.7mV StDev:4.46535mV

    As for Aging, We do not perform long term drift on our devices at this time. We do accelerated life testing to simulate 10000 hours of operation, but only test that the specs of the device are met after the aging is performed, not full testing throughout the accelerated aging process.
