Hi Sir,

about the Rja and Rjc values of TPS6282xx spec (yellow mark), are they according to the following red font JESD51-3 specification?

* on four layer high effective PCB in accordance with JESD51-3, natural convection.

Hi Tommy,

Thermal specification in datasheet is following JESD 51-x (1,2,5,6,7,9) series for documentation that doesn't include JESD51-3 specification.

I would suggest to follow the below document that shares more details on thermal standards process.
