I have a EV2400 running on Windows 10 while using the BQ2022AEVM for communicating to the BQ2022ALPR. The error message is : "bq2022 Evaluation Software USB Error. Insure cable is connected and Driver is working". Please advise. Thank you!

    Hello Rick,

    bq2022A is an older device. The software requires an EV2300. Some people have had success using an EV2400 but EV2400 only works in limited cases. For example, the software will not be able to send the programming pulse when the EV2300 is not used.

    We are looking at options to enable evaluation using Windows 10. You can send me a friend request if you want to check in on progress in that direction.

    For now it is best to use an older 32bit OS like Windows XP and EV2300 for the software to work properly.

    Thank you very much! I purchased the EV2400 per TI Website recommendations. Hopefully I can find a EV2300!
