TPS65381-Q1: The test waveforms of cp1 and CP2 are abnormal

Hi team,

When testing TPS65381, I found some abnormalities in the waveforms of CP1 and CP2, Repeated power on and off will cause abnormal phenomenon. The test waveform is as follows. The left picture is the test result when abnormal, and the right picture is the test result under normal conditions. Could you please help analyze the possible causes and what should be checked? Thanks.

Hi Hangjie,

Are any of the other regulators providing an output (VDD6, VDD3/5, VDD5, VSOUT1, VDD1)? What is the status of the NRES and ENDRV pins during the scope shot on the right?
