Hi Reference Experts,

for TL431LI in the DS the continuous cathode current is specified with a max value of 18mA.

 

Do we have some data for short term load ?

 My customer is looking into short loads up to 21mA for ~1ms.

Normal continuous operation is at

  • Average 3.94mA
  • Min 1.88mA
  • Max 6.44mA

 

Can the part withstand the 21mA for 1ms ?
