The spec for the part requires that the resistor to gnd on the negative feedback > 50k. I tried using a feedback to gnd resistor of 10k and it worked and the noise floor improved by almost 3dB. Is the 10k OK? Should I add a capacitor ? I do not want to give up the 3dB
