Does TI have similar solution to LT8365?

Thanks for reaching out. You might consider the LM5156 which has an external MOSFET or the LM5158 with the integrated switch, but in this case you will need an additional charge pump to reach 120V (like in figure 10-6 at page 31: https://www.ti.com/lit/ds/symlink/lm5158.pdf )
