Hi team,
As datasheet description, VCC can support ±6 V to ±75 V. So Does OPA455 can support asymmetric input? example:V+= 75V and V-= -12V. thx

Hi Jimmy,
As Kai pointed out, asymmetric supply voltage rails are ok to use.
For a single supply rail, the recommended max. operating voltage is 2*75 = 150Vdc.
For dual supply rails, the delta of supply voltage rails of (V+ - V-) has to be <= 150Vdc. In your case, you have 75 - (-12) = 87Vdc, which is well within the recommended supply ratings for OPA455 IC. So you are good.
If you have additional questions, please let us know.
Best,
Raymond
