ULN2003A: Collector current if all pins in use at 100% duty cycle

As per the PAGE 9, FIGURE 4 in the datasheet of ULN2003A, if I use DC (100% Duty Cycle) to drive my 7 available outputs, the Maximum Collector Current is around 70mA.

I want to clarify if this 70mA is per output OR 70mA for all 7 outputs combined?
