    Hi Gareth,

    Thanks for your query. For new device please have a look at TPS25947 device . It comes in 2mm*2mm QFN package with better Rdson  . We also have TPS25210 which is cost optimized version of TPS25947 for upto 5V rail.

    You can also look at TPS25200.
