Other Parts Discussed in Thread: BQ76952, , EV2400, BQSTUDIO, BQ76942
Hi,
We have the same issue with a BQ34Z100-G1 fuel gauge and a BQ76952 protector.
BQ-Studio auto detects the fuel gauge and if selected it communicates perfectly.
If on the other hand the EV2400 interface is disconnected, and the BQ76952 protector is manually selected on bootup of the software - the fuel gauge is still automatically detected and the data returned is nonsensical since it still communicates with the auto-detected fuel gauge!
A screenshot is attached to show this. The data displayed seems to be the data of the fuel gauge interpreted as coming from the protector.
It makes no difference if we use the stable version of BQstudio (1.3.101) or the Evaluation version (1.3.104).
