LM5164: Shaky switching signal in LM5164

Part Number: LM5164

Hi Team,

I am Farhad, I work on a project in which I have to regulate voltage from 48V to 5V with the maximum current consumption being around 50mA.

I used the WEBENCH POWER DESIGNER to have a good design with maximum efficiency for my project, but in the real situation after prototyping, the result is not as I expected.

I attached the WEBENCH design and simulation result image and also my schematic here.

My schematic:

The problem is, when I scoped the switching voltage of the buck controller (Pin 8), It was unstable, and the frequency changed between 218KHz and 225KHZ, it was a shaky signal in the oscilloscope.

Simulation result:

Real result (Scoping):
CH1: Switching signal,
CH2: Inductor's current

Do you know what is the reason?
